I A bush fire, backed by a strong northerly gale, is advancing on a mile front 4pn the township of Balnaring. Trainees from Flinders naval depot Jiave been dispatched to the scene. Over 1000 men are fighting to save jttie township. The wind shows no jpign of abating.
