KNOCKED OFF ROOF.
YOUNG PLUMBER KILLED. SKULL FRACTURED BY FALL. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Monday. _ Ronald Tetzlaff, a plumber's apprentice, aged 17, received injuries to-day from which he subsequently died. Tetzlaff, who was employed by the Hamilton Hardware Company, Ltd., and lived in Anglesea Street, Hamilton, was assisting to put an iron roof on a new drill shed which is under construction in Knox Street, when he was struck by a piece of asbestos and fell to the ground, a distance of about 25ft. The youth was removed to the Waikato Hospital in an unconscious condition, suffering from a fractured skull. He died in a few hours without regaining consciousness.
