LABOUR AT CANBERRA.
EASTEE CONFERENCE ILLEGAL. (Received 12 noon.) CANBERRA, this day. The Federal Conference of the Australian Labour party further considered the position in New South Wales. It declared that the conference held at Easter was unconstitutional, and that the decisions reached at that conference have no validity. The conference endorsed the principle of the establishment in the Commonwealth of shipbuilding enterprise and the retention of tf» e wealth Line of steamers.
