AUSTRALIAN LABOUR DECISION I MELBOURNE, May 10. The All-Australian Trade Union Congress adopted a resolution in favour of a basic wage which should be lpplicable to and of the same purchasing power throughout the whole Commonwealth. A second resolution affirmed the principle of one man, one trade and one calling. Another resolution was passed in favour of the formation of Labour Research and Information Bureaux in the Various States. The congress was concluded and the ttenibers sang the "Red Flag." i
