MANAWATU CASES.
CHARGES AGAINST BROTHERS

PALMERSTON NORTH, this day. The quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court opened this morning before Mr Justice Alpers. His Honor aaid it was pleasing to note the absence of crime m the district, one case that needed trial belonged to the last sitting, while the only other case related to a eeriee of charges of breaking and entering and theft, against Alfred, Frederick and George Windsor, three brothers. It was alleged that on the same night they broke into the Levin and Pahiatua railway stations and the office of the Otaki Dairy Company and stole money and other property valued in all at over £100. It was said that they used explosives and got from place to place in a motor car.
A true bill was returned by the Grand Jury.
The Windsor brothers pleaded guilty to all charges, and they were remanded for sentence.
