LOXDON*. April f.. The Cannes correspondent of the "Weekly Dispatch"' telegraphs that Prince George, partnered by the Marchioness of Milford Haven! who is a daughter of Grand Duke. Michael of Russia, won a Charleston contest at the Casino. There was tremendous enthusiasm when the judges knowing the competitors only by numbers, announced the result.
