AUDITOR'S REQUIREMENTS
COMMITTEEMEN REFUSE TO ACT
MORRINSVILLE, Thursday.
An unusual position concerning the election of the committee, arose at last night's meeting of householders at Tahuroa (Stanley's Road.) Five of those present were willing to act. but, owing to the auditor's requirements regarding certain receipts, all refused to take either the chairmanship or the control of the books. The election of a committee was therefore allowed to 'apse, after a meeting lasting till 11 D.m.
