11 PER CENT UNDER FIVE YEARS. (Hy TelpgMph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. During March the number of births registered in the urban areas was 120.1. against 1020 in February, an increase of 185. The deaths in March numbered 472, an increase of 03 compared with the previous month. Of those who died, 2iH> were males and 200 females. Fifty-two of the deaths were of children under five years of age, or 11.02 per cent of the whole number, and 43 of the ">2 were under one year of age.
