FOREIGN MISSIONS' UNION.

The annual report of the Foreign Missions' Union of the Churches of Christ in New Zealand, states that the year 1926 had been marked with manifold blessings. The native preachers and stations increased during the year, bringing the staff up to 15. Several nonstations were opened, and there were 24 students in training. The report pavs a tribute to the faithful work of the European missionaries, and adds: "The work done by our native teachers is wonderful. In Belingwe there are now 620 members with 306 scholars attending the day schools. The liabilities were exceptionally heavy, but the receipts of two unexpected amounts enable the committee to make both ends meet. Brother and Sister F. J. Phillips have been welcomed back to Xew Zealand after six years strenuous work with the Belingwe mission." At the Foreign Missions Demonstration on Saturday evening Mr. F. J. Phillips will relate facts regarding the work overseas.
