CAUGHT BETWEEN TRAMS.
LIGHT CAR DAMAGED. PASSENGERS CUT BY GLASS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) CHRIS TCHURCH, this day. While driving a light car in Papanui Road about 5.30 p.m. yesterday, Mrs. Mason, of Elmwood Road, got caught between two trams, one city bound and the other going towards Papanui. The accident occurred almost opposite Derby Street. No one was seriously injured, though a woman and a child who were passengers in the car were slightly cut by glass from the broken windscreen. The front axle of the car was broken.
