EASTER HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS.

Postal Branch. Thursday. 14th April, a delivery of town letters (registered as well ns' ordinary) will be made from the Postmen's Branch. First Floor, from 7 p.m. to s p.m' Good Friday, 15th April will be observed ns a Sunday. Mails usually dispatched on Friday will close at S p.m. the previous day. with the exception that mails for Southern offices for dispatch by the Main Trunk expresses will close at 5 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. as usual. Saturday, ltith April.—The usual hours of attendance will be observed in all branches. An over-counter delivery of correspondence will be made from the Postmen's Branch, between 7 p.m. and S p.m. Easter Monday, ISth April will l>c observed as a close holiday. All mails will close at 4 a.m.. with the exception of those by the Main Trunk expresses, which will close nt 5 p.m. nnd 5.30 p.m. The night clearance of street letter boxes will be made on all days except Thursday and Saturday. There will be no delivery by postmen on Good Friday or Easter Monday. Lnte fee letters for Southern ottices of New Zealand may be posted in the late fee box nt the entrance to the station platform up to 7.35 p.m. Telegraph Branch. The folio win 5 hours of attendance will be ol served Good Friday. 10 a.m. to 10.30 a m and 5 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Faster Saturday. Usual hours of attendance.
