RIFF REVOLT.
French and Spanish Concentrate in Tangier. COMBINED ACTION DISCUSSED. LONDON, April 11. The Tangier correspondent of the "Times" reports that a new Riff revolt has broken out in Morocco. Spanish troops have been concentrated on the borders of the affected districts and columns are preparing for immediate action. The French frontier has been reinforced. Combined Franco-Spanish action is being discussed.
