MR. BELL PASSES HAMILTON.

MAX AND HORSE PIT. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. Mr. G. A. Bell, who is riding on horseback from Auckland to Palmerston North, reached Hamilton at 5 o'clock on Saturday afternoon, and left early next morning. He is taking the journey by easy stages. Both man and horse are fit. Mr. Bell hopes to complete his journey on time. He says the real mission of undertaking is to test the hospitality of the road.
