MORS JAZZ WANTED.
The programmes from IYA are very lacking in jazz numbers, which are whit SO per cent of- listeners wane, notwithstanding tha more or less boisterous denials of t'ae minority. A glance at tile programmes of the Australian stations will reveal that this form of entertainment is featured nightly, and no one will deny that Australia is ahead of us in the matter of broadcasting programmes. I would suggest that a short time be devoted each evening to the rendering of the latest jazs "hits." which are of special interest. This would provide listeners with a welcome and convenient opportunity of learning: the tunes. THAT CERTAIN PARTY.
