THANES TO TEE RENOWN.
As one of the thousands that Tent to hava a view of the E.lLs. Renown, I wish to thank the sailors and officers for the courtesy and kindness which was shown to all. It was splendid to see how ready they were to explain any pare of the working of guns. etc. The man in charge of soft drinks was working at top speed, but he was all smiles and kept us all in good humour. The children had the time of their lives, as they were allowed to climb over the guns, etc.. and the sailora seemed to enjoy it as well. They will leava a very good impression behind them, and I hope it won't be long before we have a return visit from them. SATISFIED.
