Over the week-end the Renown, it is understood, is to be thrown open to the public during fixed periods. Definite arrangements have not been made, but it is probable that large numbers of Auckland and country residents will visit the warship on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Yesterday a few visitors were allowed on board the vessel. Among those who were shown over the battlc-cruiser were several little girls representing the Navy League. They took flowers to the men in the sick Isay. who greativ appreciated their kindlv action.

The men of H.AI.s. Renown, f.>r whom no special entertainments were organise" on Tuesday or Wednesday will be looked after by the Navy League and Y.AI.C.A. during the warship's stay at Auckland.
