Correspondent.) : ROTORUA, tiis day. : Rain came on after lunch yesterday and play in the howling tournament stopped about 3.30 p.m. There were some exciting finishes. Laing (Waimate) beat Mausdii (Rotorua) by one after a tie on the twenty-first lead, and Loffley (Rotorua > ; treated Pole (Victoria) the same after a tie on the twenty-nret end.
