Executioners Out of Work. "MUSTN'T STARVE." (Received 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, February 20. The long idleness of the executioners has become an affair of State. Three executioners are each paid £2.3 per annum, plus fees for each execution, but there has only been one job among the three in the last eight months, whereas pre-war there was at least one or two in as many months.
