DANGEROUS CORNER.
> ~ ON THE MAKGAWERA ROAD. ANOTHER MOTOR COLLISION. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.! TAIHAPE, this day. While negotiating a dangerous corner on the Mangaweka Road on Saturday evening Mr. G. R. Terry came into a head-on collision with a car driven by Mr. Rcndall, of Auckland. As a result of the accident Mr. Terry's son was badly cut by broken glass, and was conveyed to Taihape Hospital, the lighter car was badly damaged, but the heavier \ chicle of Mr. Rendall was able to j roceed to Mangaweka, though badlv damaged. This portion of the Mangaweka-Tni-hape Road known as McGuinness' Point, is a trap to motorists, and during recent months several minor accidents have occurred at it.
