SALE OF LIQUOR.
~ALLEGED;BREACHES OF ACT. ■ . . (By; Telegraphy—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Frank A.'Cook, Ltd., holding a wholesale license, was charged to-day with exposing liquor for sale after closing hours, and with selling it after six o'clock on Friday night. The first charge was dismissed, and on the second decision was reserved. . Defendants pleaded that only an order for liquor was taken on Friday night, and that the sale was really completed Mth' the delivery of the goods next day.
