MOTOR FATALITY.
CAR DRIVER COMMITTED.' ; (By Telegraph.—Special to " Star/) . CHRISTCHURCH, this day. 1 At the Magistrate's Court yesterday, Arthur Howard Murray was committed for trial on a charge of causing the death of Charles Nelson through the alleged negligent driving of a motor car, which knocked Nelson down in Victoria Street on November 24, when he sustained injuries from which he succumbed. Bail was allowed.
