SEDDON COLLEGE INQUIRY.
MR. LANG'S COSTS. (By Telegraph—Special to "Star.") WELLINGTON, this day. In his report on the administration of the Seddon Memorial Technical College and the allegations made by Mr. Laing, the Commissioner decided to award two days costs to the principal, (Mr. Park), and to the board of managers. This will be payable by Mr. Laing, the amount totalling £42.
