WOLESLEY MOTORS, LTD, A REPORT DENIED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. Bearing upon the cablegram from London this week regarding the compulsory winding up of Wolseley Motors, Ltd., the representative of the company in Wellington has received advice to the effect that the receivers state their position is not affected, and they announce their intention to continue business. N.Z. MALAY RUBBER. A CHRISTMAS GIFT. At the annual meeting of the shareholders in the New Zealand Malay Rubber Company held at Oamaru, the chairman, Mr. P. C. Hjorring stated that the directors bad just received by cable news' that a further £3000 had been placed to the company's credit. This might enable, the directors to pay another dividend before Christmas. At a subsequent meeting of the directors it was decided to pay J ten per cent dividend additional to the' .thirty, per cent already declared.
