The building inspector reported that a house had been built in Parkstone Avenue with the eaves extended about 3£t inclusive of the spouting, which Brought it to within six inches of the boundary line. A brick house had been built upon the adjoining allotment, and the two roofs were very close together. The main walls were four feet from the boundary, and complied with the building; by-laws.
