V.M.C.A. EXPELLED
NOT WANTED BT SOVIET. OFFICIAL ORDERED OUT. (Received 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, October 21. The Soviet has taken action which is interpreted to mean "the complete 'expulsion of the V.M.C.A. It' was announced on Thursday that the National Council Association had compelled Mr. H. D. Anderson, director of physical education, to leave Russia, and that his property was confiscated.
