As tlie result of the election of two directors of the Northern Wairoa Co-operative Dairy Company, both retiring directors were re-elected. The voting was as follows: Thomas Baspett 044. C. N. Taylor 327, George Appleton 311, J. G. Barclay 309, J. H. Taylor 111. Herbert Cotes 95. The election was held by post.
