AUCKLAND ACCIDENTS.

BICYCLE AND LOBBY COLLIDE,

TWO FALLS FROM WHARFS.

A youth of 18 years of age, George Fraser, of Carlton Gore Koad, while cycling along Beach Road yesterday, collided with a motor lorry." He was removed to the Auckland Hospital, where he was admitted suffering from shock and concussion. He waa to-day reported to be making satisfactory progress. The bicycle which he was riding was badly damaged. A married man of 51 years of age, Mr. George Armstrong, of 19, Duke Street, Freeman's Bay, was admitted to the hospital shortly before midnight suffering from a wound in his throat. It is not yet known how the accident happened. The injury is not regarded as serious, and the injured man's condition was to-day reported to be fair. While engaged in loading cargo on the Niagara at the Queen"s wharf last evening a waterside worker, Mr. J. Ward, fell from the wharf into the harbour. He soon regained the wharf and appeared none the worse for his wetting.

Mr. T. Millers, of Edinburgh Street, N'cwton, this morning fell from the Western wharf on to a punt. He was removed to the Auckland Hospital by the St. John Ambulance, but was later able to proceea to his home.

There is no change in the condition of Mr. Robert Leonard Skinner, who sustained a fractured skull in a collision at Onehunga on Sunday, or in the condition of Mr. Thomas Kay, who received internal injuries as tie result of a fall. The condition of Mr. Donald Caldwell, who fell into the harbour while attempting to board a ferry on Sunday evening, is reported to be the same ac when he was admitted to the hospital. *
