STATE CONTROL ISSUE. (By Xelegrapb.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, tins day. When the Licensing Bill is in committee Mr. Bitchener (Waitaki) will move for elimination of the State Control issue from the ballot paper, leaving only national continuance and national prohibition.
