" GERMANY'S ENTRY." AN OPTIMISTIC VISIT. LONDON, August 23. The "Morning Poet's" correspondent st Geneva states that it is reported in reliable circles that the Prime Minister, Mr. Stanley Baldwin, is to visit Geneva from Aix-les-Bairfs "to -witness Germany's entry into the League of Nations." Completion has almost been reached in the preliminary plans for the historic gathering. No fewer than sixty extra rooms are to be fitted out for the accommodation of new members of the secretariat.—(A. and N.Z.)
