LEAVING NEW ZEALAND.

CHRISTCHURCH, this day.
Captain Tahu Rhodes has sold his property, "Meadow-bank," near Lincoln, to Mr. Lan Buchanan, of Little River.
"Meadowbank" has been in the Rhodes family for many years, and has been Captain Tahu Rhodes' home since he has been in Christchurch.
Captain Rhodes, with the Hon. Mrs. Rhodes and family, leaves New Zealand for England in April.
