N.Z. CRICKET TOUR.
COMPANY SCHEME APPROVED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) J CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday. The Management Committee of the Canterbury Cricket Association has decided to support the proposal of the New Zealand Cricket Council With regard to the proposed tour of a New Zealand team to England. The proposal is to form a company on the lines of the Dunedin Exhibition Company. With a view to giving a lead to other associations it was decided to guarantee support to the extent of at least ( £100.
