ALL BLACKS IN SYDNEY.
ARRIVAL OF THE TEAM. SYDNEY, July 6. The All Blacks arrived from Xew Zealand to-day by the Ulimaroa. All are in good health and condition. i The team was welcomed by the Xew South Wales Rugby Union. The manager, Mr. Leith, in responding, said the team was the best available in Xew Zealand. The union in Xew Zealand desired to bring the union game in Xew South Wales back to the prominent position it enjoyed before the war. Thorn (captain), J. Ford, and Ives. Reserves: Hesslen, E. Ford, J. Duncan, Burke, Telford, Tancred and Rigney. — (A. and X.Z.) FIRES IN MOSCOW. INCENDIARIES AT WORK. MOSCOW, July 6. The city is suffering from an epidemic of incendiarism. A huge railway depot at Kazan, which was stocked with chemicals, oils and other inflammable material, was gutted in an outbreak of fire yesterday. Last week a wooden bridge over the river was destroyed, and a three-storeyed home for invalids was consumed by fire with lightning-like rapidity. Many inmates of the institution were cut off by the flames and had to jump from the "windows. Some of them were killed.—(A. and X.Z.)
