TOO MANY DOGS.
(To the Editor.) j Sir, —I wonder if any other suburb is pestered with dogs to the extent that Avondale is. In the vicinity of Koberton Road alone there are dozens roaming round, and night is made hideous with their snarling and fighting. A lethal chamber is badly needed in thie borough.
