(To tlie Editor.l Sir,—Xo doubt the Y.W.C.A. will feel guilty in accepting money raised, by surprise packets, which the Court has ' judged.to be illegal. Now, lam sure the wives and children of the unemployed have no scruples in that direction. Would it not settle a burning question if the said money was handed j over to the committee for relief of the j unemployed?—l am, etc., ; TOLERANT. i
