ANNUAL SMOKE CONCERT

The commerciiii travellers' annual foolball match. Town v. Country, was followed in the evening hy dinner and .1 smoke concert. Borne eighty members attended the function, and n most enjoyable evening was passed. The president (Mr. J. Thompson) \v»s in the cfiuir. The following artists contributed to a fine programme, whirh lasted the remainder of the evening:—Messrs, J. McNish and It. 1-. Wilson (songs), Messrs. .J. P. Finlayson and B. Ifartman (recitations), Messrs, U. Tullerton and Kex Yates (humorous), Mr. Lawson (conjuring).
