SHIPS FOR AUSTRALIA. POLICY OF MIGRATION. BERLIN, June 18. The North German Lloyd Shipping Company intends to inaugurate a direct three-monthly service, for third-class passengers only, between Bremen and Australia, The first steamer to sail will be the Crefeld, which will leave Bremen on August 11. On the journey outwards the boats will travel via the Capo. They will return via the Suez Canal. The company thinks that German emigrants will prefer to travel by German boats. Fares will be reduced to the lowest possible figure.— (A. and N.Z.)
