OTAKI, this day.
As the result of an accident case baying been reported as hoin_r refused admission to tbe Otaki Hospital, a meeting of citizens passed a resolution asking Mr. IT. Field, member for the district, to demand from the Minister of Health that the hospital be not only kept open, but made more up-to-date.
Similar resolutions were passed at the school committee meeting and the Hockey Association's dinner, while various bodies arc combining to hold a large meeting of protest.
