SUNDAY WORK.
A CORRECTION.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.)
CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday.
It was erroneously reported on Tuesday that Herbert Shearman and Isaac Terence Netting, carriers, were convicted and ordered to pay costs, for working at their trade, by shifting theatrical scenery on a Sunday. This was incorrect. The case against Shearman 'was withdrawn by permission of the Court, the police having no evidence to offer.
