RUGBY FOOTBALL

EDEN PARK ATTRACTIONS.

TWO GOOD GAMES.

The special attractions at Eden Park to-morrow will he the games College Rifles v. Grammar Old Boys, and University v. Grafton. From the outset of the season the senior competition has gradually settled down into a case of Ponsonby taking the lead and each team in turn having an unsuccessful tilt to upset the leader, while College Rifles, Grammar and Marists have been going neck-and-neck for second place, and University and Grafton having maintained about a level.

When Grammar and College last met the latter team just managed to get the win, but after the Grammar display against Ponsonby last week it is very doubtful which * team will get the verdict to-morrow. The case is somewhat similar in the Grafton-Uni-versity match, and both games should be highly interesting. At the showground Marist Old Boys will meet Ponsonby. Teams:— GRAMMAR OLD BOYS.
