LONDON", May 27. Sidney Smith, a charabanc driver, had been charged at Yarmouth with driving without a license. But, between the issue of the summons and the case being heard, he dived into the river Bure and saved a girl's life. Because of his gallant action, the police to-day applied for permission to ■withdraw the summon*, and the magiicemented.
