COAT CAUGHT ON BRACKET. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) , WANGANUI, this day. A shunter named Hector Hepburn was taken to the hospital this morning with a broken thigh. He was riding on a locomotive, and on going to dismount his coat caught on a bracket, and he
was dragged reveral yards. {
