Recently, as the outcome of overcrowding at the Edendale School, a number of the children were transferred to the new Brixton Road School, with a result that the Edendale School Committee urged the Auckland Education Board to allow transferees the opportunity to later attend the Kowhai District High School. The matter was again mentioned at a meeting of the board this morning. The chairman said that the request had been granted as far as present children were concerned, but apparently it was wanted to apply for all time. He indicated that that was a matter for the future, as by then another junior district high school might be< established. The Nazol habit is a pleasant one, and worth having, because it protects the membranes of the mouth, throat and' nose, with Nazol, against the infectious germs of colds, catarrh, and influenza.— ...
