DICTATORSHIP SUGGESTED.
BERLIN, May 12. A plot to establish a reactionary dictatorship has been disclosed. The organisers of the coup d'etat proposed to shoot all editors of the newspapers of the left. President Hindentmrg denies all knowledge of a plot to establish a dictatorship under himself. The plot was brought to light by the prrest of Colonel Niccolai. a leading panGerman, who had been prominent in all the attempted coups d'etat since the revolution. Tbe plan envisaged the establishment of a direcetorate including Dr. Glass, president of the pan-German Union, and Herr Hugenberg, a newspaper magnate. The promoters drew up a list of leading men whom they intended to shoot, including the editor of the "Vorwaerts." (A. and N.Z.)
