ESTHONIA BECOMES ESTONIA.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The department of Internal Affairs has been advised that, as the result of representations made by the (iovernmenc of Esthonia the spoiling of that name will in future lie "Estonia." It is tha mopt northerly of the Baltic provinces, and was formerly part of Russia, but is now an independent republic. Its population is about a million. Tha chief industry is agriculture.
