A JURY DISMISSED.
CLAIM AGAINST MB. J. B. WRIGHT.
Cabled advice has been received by the Xew Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd., to the effect that in the action brought by tho "Imperial Food. Journal" against "Mr. J. B. Wright, the judge dismissed the jury after they had been addressed by counsel for plaintiffs for two days. The judge decided that the proprietor of the '"Imperial Food Journal" had no claim against }Jr. Wright, and costs were awarded against the plaintifT. The action arose as a result of the withdrawal of advertisements, in the "Imperial Food Journal' by two of the Jfew Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company's London agents, who resented an attack upon the company by the editor 'of the journal.
