f (By Telegraph. —Own Correspondent.) ■ ' HAMILTON this-day.. . Mr. Justice Ostler to-day, in a reserved judgment, amended a Hamilton by-law governing the fees charged to butchers. The' present license charge is £5, and the. Master Butchers' Association asked the Court to state that this was too , high. After reviewing evidence, and considering charges made by- other important boroughs, his Honor said he considered the charge unreasonable and amended tlie by-law by limiting the fee to £3 for the first year and 30/. per annum thereaf teri
