CIVIC RECEPTION TO HON. J. A. YOUNG. FUNCTION IN HAMILTON. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. A civic reception in honour of his elevation to Cabinet rank was accorded the Minister of Health, the Hon. J. AYoung, at Hamilton this morning. There •was a fair attendance of representative citizens and members of local author* , ties over which his Worship the Mayor of Hamilton (Mr. J, R. Fov) presided. Mr. Fow and many other referred to what Mr." Young had done for the electorate and his constituents.
