■ TROTTING CLUB'S HEAVY LOSS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, Thursday. The main grandstand of the Trottill Club at Victoria Park was totally d< atroyed by ftrc to-day. Tbe damage estimated at £13,000. The insuranci total £8000. The fire is belioved t have started in a disused portion of tl building beneath the seats. A stroi southerly wind drove the flames throuj the structure, rendering salvage woi impossible. The cause of the outbrca ia not known.
