ALMOST NORMAL.
N.S.W. COASTAL SHIPPING. WATERSIDERS- THREAT. (Received 1.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The coastal shipping services have been restored almost to normal and, in consequence of the manning of the veseels with volunteer crews, no further | additions have been made to the idle fleet. At a largely-attended meeting of members of the Waterside Workers' Federation it was decided not to handle any ■ cargo on coastal vessels manned by voluntecer crews. The threat of the watersiders is not, i however, taken seriously. I Four vessels left Sydney for coastal ! ports yesterday. — (A. and >T.Z.) |
