The coastal shipping services have been restored almost to normal and, in consequence of the manning of the veseels with volunteer crews, no further | additions have been made to the idle fleet. At a largely-attended meeting of members of the Waterside Workers' Federation it was decided not to handle any ■ cargo on coastal vessels manned by voluntecer crews.
