I EX-COLONEL U.S. ARMY. \ (Rpi-elved 12 noou.) WASHINGTON, January 20. The War Department has accepted the resignation of Colonel William Mitchell, who was found guilty by v court-martial of insubordination in criticising army administration, and who was deprived of rank, pay, and seniority, and suspended for five years.—(A. and N.Z.)
